Neal Maupay has claimed that reported Arsenal target, Yves Bissouma, does things in training he has ‘never seen before’, as he told Sky Sports Football.
The Brighton striker added that he is at times left wowed by what Bissouma tries on a daily basis at the Amex.
Bissouma, 25, is regarded as one of the best midfielders in the country and a player seemingly on Arsenal’s radar.
The Mali midfielder is someone who has been on the radar of Arsenal for a long time now and he would suit the young, vibrant and structurally strong team Mikel Arteta is building.
Nonetheless, Maupay, who comes up against Bissouma on a regular basis, had this to say about his linked-away teammate.
“Sometimes in training, he does stuff or skills that you have never seen before,” said Maupay.
“He tries stuff and you are like ‘woah’.”

It has been a very long time until Arsenal’s defence has looked as strong as it does now.
The defensive-minded midfield duo, Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka, have been outstanding for Arteta, but will one of them leave in the summer?
Last summer, there were well-documented rumours of Xhaka possibly heading to Serie A and joining Jose Mourinho at Roma.
And, once again, it seems as though Roma want to sign him during the forthcoming window, if that’s the case, then a player like Bissouma will be very much needed.
