Hart is expected to sign for Tottenham today, following the expiration of his contract at Burnley, BBC Sport have reported.
And Burnley supporters are shocked that the England international stopper has been able to earn himself a move to North London.
Hart struggled for game time throughout his time at Burnley, with Nike Pope favoured to him.
The 33-year-old’s career has really taken a downturn in recent years, and it seems that he will only be given a back-up spot if he does sign for Tottenham.
Hart may have been added for his experience and leadership qualities, but Jose Mourinho is unlikely to select him ahead of Hugo Lloris.
It seems likely that Hart will be in a battle with Paulo Gazzaniga next season, as the two fight it out to be Tottenham’s second choice in between the sticks.
