Neutral supporters feel that Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck may well end up at Everton in the summer.

Unai Emery confirmed yesterday that Welbeck would be leaving Arsenal on a free transfer, as reported by Sky Sports.

And there is a feeling that Welbeck may well end up at Goodison Park to join Marco Silva’s Everton side.

Everton are in the market for a new striker, as they want to add more goals to their attack.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has led the line for Silva’s men this term, but he only has six goals to his name in the Premier League.

Whether Welbeck will be on Everton’s radar remains to be seen, as he could be a risky signing.

Welbeck’s injury record is a concern, but if Everton could keep him fit then he would be a quality addition to their forward line.

Theo Walcott was the last player to make a move from Arsenal to Everton.
