Queens Park Rangers will face Birmingham City in the Championship this weekend.

Former Leeds United manager Neil Warnock said on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT on Friday morning (broadcast from 6am, September 23, 2016) that he will not attend the game between Queens Park Rangers and Birmingham City this weekend.
QPR will take on Birmingham at Loftus Road in London in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Ex-Rangers boss Warnock has revealed that he was planning to go to the match, but he has stated that he will not do so now.

The Englishman, who has been without a managerial job since the end of the 2015-16 season following his departure from Championship club Rotherham United, has suggested that he did not want his presence at Loftus Road to increase pressure on QPR manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
“I was going to go there, but I think it’s not fair really,” said Warnock on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT on Friday morning (broadcast from 6am, September 23, 2016) regarding his decision not to attend QPR’s match against Birmingham. “What happened when Pulis went last time, can you remember? I don’t think it’s fair.”

QPR are struggling in the Championship at the moment and could fail to finish in the top six this season.
The London outfit are currently 16th in the league table with just 10 points from eight matches.
Earlier this month, West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis was seen at Loftus Road during the Championship match between QPR and Newcastle United.
Rangers director of football Les Ferdinand told Sky Sports that nothing should be read into the fact that he was sitting next to Pulis.
