The Cardiff City manager has been commenting on his future with the Bluebirds, as well as on the state of managers in the Championship.
Cardiff manager Neil Warnock
Since Neil Warnock took over the reigns at Cardiff City, after the departure of Paul Trollope and Russel Slade, the Bluebirds have enjoyed a real resurgence.
Initially looking like potential relegation contenders, the Championship veteran manager has dragged Cardiff City up to 13th in the table, and a push for the play-offs may even be on the cards next season.
However, the Cardiff City manager has delivered a firm warning to his club, making them aware that his future at the club is not certain, and that it doesn’t bother him in the slightest!
Speaking to the BBC Radio Wales Sport, Neil Warnock said: “I’m in a unique situation for a manager because I’m not bothered if I get the sack – they can sack me tomorrow if they want.
“If I want another job, I can get another job. That’s not being conceited, I just don’t see many good managers around.
“There used to be hundreds, you could name them all but the Championship is not like any other league.”

The Cardiff City manager’s frank honesty was not to be totally unexpected. Neil Warnock has always been a character who has spoken his mind and has been forward with his views and opinions.
However, does his blase nature towards his future rile Cardiff City fans at all? If they are going to push for promotion next season, they will need everybody at the football club on-board and committed 100%: especially the manager!
