Aston Villa are currently in 18th place in the Championship table.

Neil Warnock has expressed his doubts about Aston Villa on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on September 14th.
Villa have invested heavily in their team over the summer, with their strike force now looking particularly enviable.
However, Warnock has questions over whether Villa have put together a collection of individuals, rather than a cohesive team.

“They have spent a fortune, but I’m not sure about Villa team wise,” Warnock said.
“Individually they have good players, but if you’re not a team together nothing comes easy to you.”
Villa have struggled so far this season, with results not going in their favour.
Roberto Di Matteo’s side have shown some signs of promise within matches, but collecting three points has proven to be a problem.

Villa dominated their last match against Nottingham Forest, but they were held to a 2-2 draw, which keeps the pressure on.
As things stand the Claret and Blues are in 18th place in the Championship table, having won just one of their first six matches.
Villa are next in action when they take on Brentford later this evening.
