Swansea City defender Neil Taylor has spoken about the impact he expects new manager Bob Bradley to have on the club.

Swansea City fans have been through a period of change in the last week or so following the introduction of American Bob Bradley as their new manager following the departure of Francesco Guidolin. There have been mixed reviews in the media regarding how people think he will fare at the club, but defender Neil Taylor is confident of what Bradley can bring to the Welsh club. As reported by BBC Sport, Taylor spoke about how the 58-year-old’s introduction is an exciting prospect for the team.

The defender has only started one Premier League game this season as he was not featured in Guidolin’s plans, however under Bradley he is ready for a new beginning as he tries to recapture his place in the first team.

“He strives to get the best out of players. The lads have said training has been really good,” said Taylor, who has been away with national side Wales.

“He looks a really exciting manager. He looks up for it and backs his ability.”

“Hopefully from here onwards we can pick up results because that is what matters in the Premier League,” he said.

“He looks very motivated and that is great for the players. We can feed off him and we need to use that to pick up results, that is obvious now.”

Bradley’s main aim will be to keep the Swans in the top flight, and his first game in charge could not have been much harder as he prepares his team to face Arsenal on Saturday.
