Kemar Roofe joined Leeds United in the summer of 2016.

Roofe, who can operate as a striker or as a winger, failed to make a massive impact at Leeds last season following his move to Elland Road in the summer of 2016.
According to BBC Sport, the West Yorkshire outfit had to pay Oxford United a transfer fee of £3 million in order to secure the services of the 24-year-old last summer.

The Englishman made 42 appearances in the Championship for Leeds last season, scoring three goals and providing seven assists in the process.
Roofe’s best position is down the middle, but under then head coach Garry Monk – who is now in charge of Championship rivals Middlesbrough – he was often played out wide due to the presence of Chris Wood in the team.
The 24-year-old attacker has scored one goal in three Championship starts for the West Yorkshire club so far this season.

Former Leeds head coach Redfearn has suggested that Roofe will be a better player this season due to the signings of attackers Ezgjan Alioski and Samuel Saiz by the Whites in the summer transfer window.
“Leeds have got a different dimension now in the three behind, so I think he can play as a lone striker that’s not just a target to go into,” Inside Futbol quotes Redfearn as saying.
“I think Leeds needed that last season because the three behind didn’t have the game craft that Saiz has and Alioski has.
“Now you can play that lone striker that’s more of a free spirit and can get in behind and down the sides. I think you will see a different Kemar Roofe playing with those three behind him.”
