Neil Redfearn is a big fan of the Leeds United duo.

Neil Redfearn has told Radio Yorkshire that Luke Ayling and Eunan O’Kane are boring but effective footballers for Leeds United.
Ever-present Ayling is one of the best and most consistent right-backs in the Championship, clocking 53 league starts out of a possible 57 since joining the Whites in a bargain £750,000 deal from Bristol City under Garry Monk.
Midfielder O’Kane also joined United during Monk’s reign but the Irishman has really come into his own this season following an up-and-down campaign under the young manager last time around.

They have both started every Championship game for Leeds this season as Thomas Christiansen’s side sit fifth in the second tier and three points off an automatic promotion spot.
Former Whites boss Redfearn says that both of their respective contributions to the cause can easily go unnoticed, but he is fully aware of their importance.
“It might be boring but I see what they give the side and I know what they are about and I know their importance to Leeds United,” he told Radio Yorkshire.

“One is Luke Ayling, who I think is a minimum seven every week and the other one is Eunan O’Kane.
“They do all the stuff to let the good stuff happen and sometimes it goes unnoticed but it doesn’t go unnoticed by me. I watch them on Saturdays and I see the same standard every week and they are good professionals.”
