Leeds United moved fifth in the Championship on Saturday.
Speaking to TV Yorkshire, Neil Redfearn is very confident that Leeds United will get better.
Leeds moved fifth in the Championship with a second successive home victory by beating Brentford on Saturday, with Kyle Bartley grabbing a 89th-minute winner as the Whites continued to enhance their promotion credentials after beating top-six rivals Reading on Tuesday.

At the moment, Leeds have every chance of at least finishing in the playoff spots. They have come on leaps and bounds under manager Garry Monk, who managed to win only one of his first six league outings since replacing Steve Evans last summer.
United also boast a raft of fine young talent in the ranks, and ex-Leeds boss Redfearn is certain that they will continue to improve, claiming their form at the moment is only scratching the surface of their potential.
“Oh without a shadow of a doubt,” he said to TV Yorkshire when asked if Monk’s side will get better.

“We’re just scratching the surface at the minute. I think people like Hadi Sacko, Kalvin Phillips, Charlie Taylor and Ronaldo Vieira are going to get better as they get more experienced and it bodes well for the future.
Leeds will undoubtedly get better and, as Redfearn says, it certainly bodes very well for the future.
