Leeds United are currently in the midst of a fine run of form after their poor start to their Championship campaign.
Former Whites boss Neil Redfearn offered high praise for Souleymane Doukara, labelling him as a player who can strike fear into the opposition as an impact substitute, when speaking live on Radio Yorkshire.
Leeds produced a magnificent performance on Saturday in their 3-2 win at Norwich City, and now find themselves inside the Championship play-off spots, capping off an incredible turnaround from their poor start to the season.

Speaking live on Radio Yorkshire, Redfern explained how the Leeds management team need to focus on getting the 25-year-old striker up for each and every game, and how, when he is in the mood, he can be a nightmare for the opposition:
“He’s got this laid back sort of approach and it’s getting that intensity out of him where he gets the best out of himself every week. If you get Doukara up and fit and at it, then the last thing you want to see as an opposition is him warming up and ready to come on. You’d think ‘they are bringing Doukara on, someone who’s got strength and pace.”

Doukara made the move to Elland Road in September 2014, but has been used just as frequently as a substitute as he has been a starter.
He has made five Championship appearances for Leeds this term, scoring only once during those outings.
If Garry Monk could get him playing to the level he is capable of, he really would be another valuable asset in their quest for promotion to the Premier League.
