Leeds United will face Reading at Elland Road in the Championship after the international break.
Leeds United will return to action next weekend when they take on Reading at home in the Championship.
The Whites will head into the match at Elland Road on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday away from home at the Hillsborough Stadium in the league.
The West Yorkshire outfit’s recent performances have not been great, and the results have been disappointing as well.
Thomas Christiansen’s side are fifth in the Championship table at the moment with 20 points from 11 matches, four points behind leaders Cardiff City.
Reading finished as high as third in the league last season, but Jaap Stam’s side are struggling at the moment.
The Royals currently find themselves just a point above the relegation zone, although they do have a game in hand.
Former Leeds head coach Neil Redfearn has suggested that Leeds could pick up all three points from the match against Reading at Elland Road in the Championship after the international break.
“With Reading coming, they couldn’t have had a better way to bounce back,” Redfearn told Radio Yorkshire.
“If it’s a football game, then for me, there is no contest because I think Leeds are as good as you are going to get at this level,” added Redfearn.
