Jay-Roy Grot made his Leeds United debut this past weekend.

Neil Redfearn has told TV Yorkshire that he is enthused about Jay-Roy Grot after his Leeds United debut on Saturday.
Leeds remain unbeaten in the Championship after beating Nottingham Forest 2-0 at the City Ground this past weekend.

There was one new face in the squad as Grot, a £1.5 million signing last week, earned a 20-minute cameo and he looked impressive up front.
And Redfearn likes the look of the 19-year-old Dutch striker.
He told TV Yorkshire: “He’s a big powerful boy. He must be 6’4, but he’s got ability. His touch is good and he brought people into play well.
“He led the line well and he’s coming into a side which is full of confidence.”

It has been a superb start to the season for Leeds, who sit third in the Championship and four points behind top-of-the-table Cardiff City.
Early days, of course, but it’s a stunning run of form for the Whites, unbeaten from seven games in all competitions and they’ve only conceded two goals – both came in the first game of the campaign, a 3-2 win at Bolton Wanderers.
