The Championship side are in a good run of form.

Former Leeds United boss Neil Redfearn has backed the club to win their first three games after the international break.

Leeds United went into the recent break on an excellent run of form. They won five games from six to move up the table to 11th.

The club get back into the thick of it with a clash against Derby County this weekend, with their two games after that being Wigan Athletic at home and Wolves away.

Redfearn is clearly confident that Garry Monk’s men can do the job – as he had this to say on Radio Yorkshire:

“I can see Leeds United coming back from the break and winning their next 3 games.”

Such a run of form would be incredible for Leeds and would likely end up with them in the play-off places.

Leeds struggled at the start of the season but Garry Monk appears to have the right players for the system he wants to play now operating regularly in the first-team at Elland Road.

Derby go into the game at the iPro Stadium under a cloud of their own making and Leeds will hope to take full advantage.

If they can fulfil Redfearn’s prediction than Leeds will certainly be looking up.
