The 19-year-old midfielder was arguably the best player for the West Yorkshire outfit in the 3-1 defeat to Cardiff City away from home in the Championship on Saturday.
And Redfearn, who was appointed Leeds’s full-time manager only last week, has said as much.
Mowatt indeed had a good game at the Cardiff City Stadium despite ending up on the losing side, as the following stats show.
