Sky Sports pundit Neil Mellor has showered praise on Liverpool’s new signing Dominic Solanke.
Liverpool produced another convincing performance as the Reds registered a 3-0 victory against Hertha Berlin at the Olympiastadion on Saturday.
An injury to Divock Origi meant that new signing Dominic Solanke returned to Jurgen Klopp’s forward line alongside Sadio Mane and in-demand Philippe Coutinho.
It took only 15 minutes for the Reds to open the scoring, with Solanke making a strong impression again by scoring the opening goal of the match.

The new summer signing shifted between Hertha’s centre-backs, and guided the ball home with a beautiful looping header.
Former Liverpool player and Sky Sports pundit, Neil Mellor, has praised the England U-21 international on Twitter. He wrote:
The 19-year-old started his youth career with Chelsea, and made only one senior appearances for the Blues.
He was loaned to Vitesse in 2015-16 where he scored seven goals in 26 games for the Dutch club.
Solanke was snapped up by Liverpool this summer after his contract with Chelsea ended.
