Brendan Rodgers has been linked with a move from Celtic to Leicester City.

Brendan Rodgers has been linked with a move from Celtic to Leicester City after Claude Puel was sacked by the Premier League side – but Barry Ferguson and Neil McCann disagree over whether he will leave.
The Guardian claim Rodgers is a top target for Leicester with a £5million compensation package to lure the ex-Liverpool and Swansea City boss not putting the Foxes off.
Rodgers has continued to develop his reputation as a manager at Celtic by winning seven consecutive trophies, dominating Scottish football. The argument remains, though, whether he can take the Hoops any further.
Former Rangers captain and ex-Teddy Bears midfielder McCann reacted to the link, with both offering different views. Ferguson reckons Rodgers will leave Celtic if Leicester come calling, while McCann is adamant he will stay.
Ferguson told PLZ Soccer: “He’s won every single thing up here and I think, deep down he will want to go back to the Premier League because I think he’s got unfinished business.”
McCann was quoted by BBC Sport: “I honestly don’t think he will go. I’ll be amazed if he does go this season. I think he’ll believe that he’s got business to take care of. I just don’t see him going just now.”

Northern Irish manager Rodgers has a contract at Celtic until the summer of 2021. It means Rodgers could remain at Celtic until the magical 10 in a row, if the Bhoys win every league campaign until then.
Leicester have lost six of their last seven games in all competitions, including a defeat to Newport County in the FA Cup and a dismal home loss to struggling Southampton. It saw Puel sacked.
Reports also suggest that Newcastle United boss Rafa Benitez and Belgium gaffer Roberto Martinez are said to be in the mix, while others reckon an interim manager could be brought in until the summer.
