Hibernian manager Neil Lennon signed Leigh Griffiths at Celtic.

Lennon made the claim following Hibernian’s narrow 1-0 defeat to Celtic away from home at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.
Scotland international striker Griffiths scored the only goal of the match in the 27th minute.

The 27-year-old has been on the books of Celtic since January 2014 when he joined from Wolverhampton Wanderers in England when Lennon was in charge of the Hoops.
According to The Scottish Sun, the Glasgow giants had to pay Wolves a transfer fee of £800,000 in order to secure the services of the former Livingston and Dundee striker.
Hibernian manager Lennon has suggested that Griffiths is now worth £10m.

Lennon told The Scottish Sun: “The difference between the teams is the £10m striker. Griffiths is tops, he makes the difference and I know that’s what it takes in games like this.”
Griffiths is one of the best strikers in Scotland and is a key figure in the current Celtic team.
The Scotland international is a proven goalscorer, and Celtic fans should be pleased to have someone like him in their team.
Given Griffiths’s record and consistency for Celtic in recent years, it is hard to argue against Lennon’s claim that he is now worth £10m.
