Hibernian star John McGinn has been linked with moves away.

John McGinn is a player in demand, with Steven Gerrard’s Rangers, Elland Road outfit Leeds United and Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic among the clubs linked with the Hibernian star.
Ibrox club Rangers want to sign McGinn from Hibernian, according to The Daily Record, while The Scottish Sun has credited Leeds in the Championship in England with interest in the 23-year-old midfielder.
According to The Scottish Sun, Rodgers’s Celtic, too, want the Scotland international, who is reportedly valued at £5 million by Hibs, while the same publication has claimed that Sunderland – who will play in League One next season after getting relegated from the Championship – are interested in him.
With so many clubs (reportedly) interested in McGinn, it is hard to see the 23-year-old midfielder remain at Easter Road next season, and Hibernian manager Neil Lennon has admitted that the talented youngster could leave.

Lennon told The Scottish Sun: “There’s an enormous sense of pride there, seeing these players perform for their country. But we know there are going to be suitors out there.
“John’s got a year left on his contract and that puts us in a difficult position, but we’ll see what the future brings — we can’t predict what’s going to happen. If we can’t keep key players then we look to build again.”

Spoilt for choice
Rangers, Celtic, Leeds and Sunderland all are massive clubs, and McGinn would flourish there.
The Black Cats are going to find it hard, though, as the will play in League One next season, and may not be too attractive to the Hibernian midfielder.
Lennon’s aforementioned comments should encourage the likes of Leeds, Rangers and Celtic to make offers for McGinn.
