Celtic beat CFR Cluj 2-0 at Parkhead on Thursday night.

Celtic boss Neil Lennon has told the Daily Record that he isn’t paying too much attention to Dan Petrescu’s comments about his side.
The Bhoys beat CFR Cluj on Thursday night, claiming a 2-0 win at Parkhead thanks to goals from Odsonne Edouard and Mohamed Elyounoussi.
That win exorcised some demons for Celtic, as they lost at home to Cluj in August to crash out of the Champions League qualifiers.
Some had fears that Celtic would come up short against the Romanian side again, especially as they kicked off their group stage campaign with a shock win over Italian side Lazio.
However, Celtic eased to victory, and their win prompted comments from Cluj boss Petrescu about their Europa League prospects moving forward.
Petrescu suggested that Lazio and Celtic will go through to the next round ahead of group rivals Cluj and Rennes, which Lennon was asked about after full time.

Lennon admitted that he takes everything Petrescu says with a pinch of salt, believing that he would naturally say that in order to put pressure on Celtic, adding that the group is still wide open after just two games player.
“Well he would say that wouldn’t he? I’ve learned to take what Dan says with a pinch of salt,” said Lennon. “I think anyone could win it, we’re only two games in. It’s still wide open. We’ve got to go to Lazio and that’s going to be very difficult but we’ve given ourselves a foothold in the group,” he added.
