Northern Ireland fans have hailed Leeds United’s Stuart Dallas after his performance for them last night.

The Leeds full-back was selected to start for his country, as they took a step closer to Euro 2020 by winning on penalties against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dallas’s outstanding fitness levels were clear for all to see last night, as he excelled in extra-time.

While players around him were clearly tiring, Dallas was still charging down the flank in typical fashion right up until the 120th minute.

And the Leeds man was absolutely raved about on social media website Twitter after the game.

Dallas’s improvement since Marcelo Bielsa arrived has been nothing short of remarkable.

Dallas was once considered to be a fairly average Championship player, but he is now proving himself at the very top level, and just seems to be going from strength to strength.

A play-off clash with Slovakia is now all that separates Dallas and Northern Ireland from Euro 2020.
