Some Wolves fans on social media have been reacting after the club shared a video Raul Jimenez training with the ball at his feet on Twitter.

The Mexican hasn’t been seen since November when he suffered a fractured skull against Arsenal following a freak collision with David Luiz.

Such an injury is incredibly serious, and as much as we hate to say it, there was a real possibility of this being a career-altering injury, but luckily, it seems as though Jimenez is well and truly on the road to recovery.

When we see him back on the pitch remains to be seen, and while many Wolves fans will want him back as soon as possible, a delayed return may not be a bad thing as it may mean he can come back in front of a packed out Molineux to receive what is sure to be a raucous ovation.

Wolves fans on social media were so happy to see this footage, but what was great to see was fans of other clubs also replying to the tweet sending positive messages and uniting to support the striker.

We hope Jimenez’s recovery goes as well as possible and he’s back scoring goals as soon as possible.

Here’s what Wolves supporters have been saying on social media…
