NBA Celebrity Three-Point Contest participants revealed, featuring Caleb Williams and Druski

The NBA has unveiled the confirmed lineup for its Celebrity Three-Point Contest ahead of All-Star Weekend.

The competition will be staged Friday at NBA Crossover in Los Angeles as part of the league’s annual three-day celebration.

A mix of professional athletes and entertainment figures are set to take part.

Caleb Williams and Druski headline celebrity field

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is among the notable names entered into the contest. Comedian Druski has also been announced as a participant in the shooting showcase.

Former NBA player and analyst Richard Jefferson, BMX athlete Nigel Sylvester, and PlaqueBoyMax are included in the field.

Jake from State Farm will serve as the assister, and Drew Hanlen and Lethan Shooter will serve as coaches to complete the celebrity lineup. Jared McCain will feature as well after being acquired at the NBA trade deadline.

NBA All-Star Weekend delivers full schedule of events

The Celebrity Three-Point Contest forms part of a packed programme across All-Star Weekend.

Saturday’s schedule includes the Shooting Stars event along with the league’s headline Three-Point Contest.

The weekend concludes Sunday with the All-Star Game following multiple skills competitions and fan events.

The NBA has expanded celebrity involvement in recent years to broaden the event’s appeal.

With figures from sport and entertainment sharing the spotlight, the contest adds another layer to the league’s showcase weekend.
