Arsenal full-back Nacho Monreal has told the club’s official website that three aspects will help Shkodran Mustafi settle quickly at the club.
The defender arrived at the Emirates late in the transfer window as the Gunners paid big money to sign him from Valencia.
He has been brought in to add some much-needed competition to a defence which is short on options after injuries to Per Mertesacker and Gabriel Paulista in pre-season.

It is not the first time he has played in England after spending the earlier parts of his career at Everton, and Monreal believes that, plus two other factors, will see him settle quickly.
“He will find it easy to adapt to the club,” he told Arsenal Player.
“He has already lived abroad, he speaks the language and he knows Mesut Ozil. All those elements will lessen the impact of changing environments. Luckily for him, he will feel at home from the very first day.”

Mustafi will certainly have to hit the ground running at Arsenal if he is to avoid being labelled a poor piece of business.
It has been widely suggested that they have overpaid for his services, with most fans hoping to have seen a more big-name signing arrive.
That means the pressure is on for him to be an instant success and prove his worth and Arsenal will be hoping that these factors can help him do just that.
