Crysencio Summerville has stated that Steven Bergwijn is ‘my type (of) player’ after his stunning brace for Tottenham against Leicester, as the Leeds player posted on Instagram.

Tottenham produced one of the greatest comebacks in Premier League history when Bergwijn came off the bench to score two stoppage-time goals.

Spurs were losing 2-1 when the clock was hitting the 95th minute, but just after it turned 97 minutes, Antonio Conte’s side were winning 3-2.

It was a complete and utter capitulation from Leicester and pure madness from Spurs.

What’s even crazy is that there was talk of Bergwijn possibly heading for the exit door during the January transfer window.

Well, those few minutes at the King Power Stadium might have put an end to all of that and kick-started the Dutchman’s career because he has struggled.

After the game, Bergwijn expressed his delight on Instagram following that win, with several players posting in the comments section.

Erik Lamela told the Spurs winger to ‘keep going’, whilst Lucas Moura posted: ‘well done my bro’.

Either Spurs well and truly snatched victory from the jaws of defeat yesterday or the Foxes ended up outfoxing themselves.

Either way, this one will take a pretty long time to get over for the east Midlands side and it may derail them in their fight for Champions League football.

But for Spurs, the mood in the north London camp is probably going to be through the roof and it now puts them in the driving seat for those top four places.
