Dharmesh Sheth has claimed that Japhet Tanganga’s representatives are expected to be in Milan this week ahead of the Tottenham star’s loan to AC Milan, as he told Sky Sports.
The Sky reporter added that the Serie A champions are ‘very interested’ in the Tottenham 23-year-old, and they have been since January.
The summer arrival – and that a loan – of Clement Lenglet from Barcelona has pushed Tanganga further down the centre-back pecking order.

That’s the new signing, Eric Dier, Cristian Romero and Ben Davies in his new left-sided role, all playing ahead of the Spurs academy product.
It’s made Tanganga’s life pretty simple in having to go out and earn regular minutes, as Sheth shared the latest on the player.
“With the arrival of Clement Lenglet from Barcelona on loan,” said Sheth. “It looks like they will allow Japhet Tanganga to go out on loan for the season.
“There are a couple of Premier League clubs in Southampton and Bournemouth that are interested. Napoli were interested. But AC Milan were very interested.
“They were actually wanting to sign him on loan in January, so there is a history in Tanganga from AC Milan.
“And my information is that his representatives are expected in Milan this week to thrash over a deal for that season-long loan.”

ENGLISH PLAYERS THRIVING ABROAD
There’s no reason why Tanganga can’t return to Spurs in 12 months and be a transformed player.
Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori are prime examples of English players thriving in Italy, with the latter winning the Serie A title last season.
Then there was former Spurs right-back Kieran Trippier showcasing his worth at Atletico Madrid, winning the La Liga title, before returning to the Premier League with Newcastle.
Jadon Sancho was ripping it up in Borussia Dortmund colours, before Manchester United signed him up, whilst Jude Bellingham is one of the best youngsters around.
And if Tanganga gets this rumoured loan move to AC Milan, then he will be hoping to add his name to that list.
