Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to react after witnessing a 24-second piece of footage posted by the club after yesterday’s 2-0 win over Crystal Palace.
The video in question shows Raphinha absolutely ruining Gary Cahill with an exquisite piece of skill right in front of the South Stand.
Midway through the first-half, the flamboyant Brazilian ran onto the ball on the right of the box, where the ex-Chelsea man went to close him down.
Then, Raphinha pulls off an incredible move in which he stops the ball, twists his body and then flicks it through Cahill’s legs, all in one motion.
The mesmeric bit of skill would’ve put the 24-year-old in on goal as well, only for the embarrassed centre-back to haul the Leeds No.18 down.
It was a piece of truly wonderful South American flair, which would’ve had the Elland Road faithful open-mouthed had they been allowed in.
That wasn’t the only thing the £17 million man did against the Eagles.
WhoScored shows that Raphinha had four shots in total, and also made two key passes against Roy Hodgson’s men.
He was also fouled twice, and delivered two accurate crosses on a night where he absolutely shone in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
