What was your favourite Drogba strike? Mine came before he signed for Chelsea, and it was against Newcastle United.
Chelsea striker, and modern day club legend, Didier Drogba has confirmed he will quit the club this summer.
It will no doubt have Chelsea fans reminiscing about his finest moments, and Champions League winning penalty aside, there have been some great ones.
The FA Cup Final winner against Manchester United, hitting the league title winning goal at Old Trafford in 2010, destroying Arsenal time and time again.
My favourite Drogba strike actually came when he was wearing Marseille colours, in his final season at the club.
It was against Newcastle United, with the French side hitting the Toon on the counter-attack. Drogba showed speed, power, trickery and poise to steer the ball into the net, taking his club to victory in the match.
Everybody will have their favourite, and rightly so- it is very much a subjective view. You can watch the video of the goal below.
