Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on social media have been reacting after Fabrizio Romano reported that Manchester City are preparing a new bid for Harry Kane.
City made an initial bid of £100m for Kane earlier this summer, and that was promptly turned down by the London club.
However, City will now reportedly attempt to test Spurs’ resolve by offering €150m (£127m), but Tottenham fans aren’t happy with this offer.
It’s been reported time and time again that £150m is the magic number City will need to pay if they want to get Kane, and Spurs supporters are feeling rather insulted that they’ve fallen short of that price once again.
Of course, City will try to get the best deal possible, but in the eyes of Tottenham supporters, this offer is nowhere near good enough.
Whether or not Daniel Levy views this bid in the same way remains to be seen, but judging by the reaction on social media, Spurs fans are rather insulted after this rumour.
