Glasgow Rangers manager Graeme Murty started Ibrox strikers Alfredo Morelos and Jason Cummings at the weekend.

Rangers manager Graeme Murty included Alfredo Morelos and Jason Cummings in the starting lineup during the Gers’ Scottish Cup tie against Ayr United at the weekend.
Cummings, currently on loan from Nottingham Forest in the Championship in England, scored in the match, and so did fellow striker Morelos, as the Ibrox side eased to a 6-1 victory.

Following the game, Rangers manager Murty was quoted as saying by The Glasgow Evening Times that he could pair the two young strikers again, and this means that there will be a lot of goals for the Ibrox faithful to enjoy in the final weeks of the season.
Morelos has scored 15 goals for the Gers, while Cummings has found the net twice since his loan move from Forest in the January transfer window, as reported by The Glasgow Evening Times.

If the 22-year-old and the 21-year-old develop a strong understanding with each other on the pitch, then they could well get to play together on a regular basis.
This means that Rangers will be more potent in attack, and there will be more goals for the fans to enjoy and more excitement for the Ibrox faithful, as the Gers aim to win the Scottish Cup and finish second in the Scottish Premiership this season.
