Fabrice Muamba has praised his former Bolton Wanderers teammate Dedryck Boyata for leaving Manchester City for Celtic in the summer of 2015 on social networking site Twitter.
Muamba played with Boyata at Bolton in 2011-12, and the former Arsenal prospect has praised the Belgium international for leaving Premier League club City for Scottish Premiership side Celtic in the summer of 2015.

The former England Under-21 international central midfielder believes that if Boyata was still at City, then he would not have been part of the Belgium squad for the 2018 World Cup finals in Russia this summer.
Muamba made the comments while following the World Cup Group G game between England and Belgium on Thursday evening.
Boyata started the match for Belgium and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Red Devils won 1-0.
The Belgium international spent the 2011-12 season on loan at Bolton from City, and left the Citizens on a permanent contract for Celtic in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £1.5 million.
