Celtic beat Aberdeen at the weekend to complete a magnificent treble, going the whole season unbeaten in domestic football in the process.
Plaudits have been coming for Brendan Rodgers’ side from all around the country, although one politician offered a double edged congratulations.
Member of Scottish Parliament Adam Tomkins commented on Twitter to praise Celtic’s achievement, but also offer a reminder that they have not won as many trebles as rivals Rangers.
This was Celtic’s fourth domestic treble, following up successes in 1967, 1969, and 2001.
Rangers last managed the achievement in 2003, earning their first back in 1949.

The Light Blues have never though gone the season unbeaten in Scottish football, and right now they are a long way off catching up with the current Celtic team.
Last season they finished in third place, 39 points behind Celtic, with Aberdeen in second.
