The Algeria international is raring to go after a difficult season.

Nabil Bentaleb is the player who most enjoys pre-season, according to his Tottenham Hotspur teammates.
The official Spurs Twitter account has posted several quick-fire question features in which the squad nominate a player for a specific enquiry, with past features revealing the fastest player at the club and the most active on Instagram.

The latest installment concerned which member of the squad took most satisfaction in Mauricio Pochettino’s notoriously grueling pre-season and it was Bentaleb who got the nod.

The talented Algerian is regarded as having one of the best engines at the club so it is no surprise to see him rank highly in the work ethic department.

Last season was not indicative of the talent or potential of the 21-year old and he will be looking to push on and become a force for Tottenham once again after overcoming his injury issues.
His breakthrough season in the 2014-15 campaign showcased his quality – when he started 25 Premier League games in the heart of midfield aged just 20 – and that is what fans should remember before being so quick to write him off.
Next season will be crucial for Bentaleb’s future at Spurs and if pre-season is anything to go by, he is determined to prove his worth once again.
