David Moyes has revealed on Sky Sports that he was telling Jesse Lingard just how good he is on the pitch at full-time, after West Ham United beat Wolves last night.
Moyes was pictured embracing Lingard after the final whistle blew, with both of them clearly ecstatic after picking up the three points.
And the West Ham boss admits that he was raving about Lingard, after the attacking midfielder put in yet another brilliant display.
“I was just telling him how good he is playing at the moment. He’s playing terrifically well, he really is and he looked like a real top player tonight.” Moyes said.
Lingard has made a huge impact after arriving at West Ham in January.
The 27-year-old has been a simply brilliant signing, and his class was on full display again last night.

Lingard scored a quite brilliant first goal, before playing a part in helping to set up West Ham’s second.
The Hammers will now surely be looking to sign Lingard permanently, and if they could claim a top four spot then their chances of doing so would be boosted.
West Ham currently occupy fourth place in the Premier League table, although they have a clutch of teams placed just behind them.
