West Ham have had an interesting transfer window to say the least.

They’ve broken their transfer record, finally signed a striker and added two new quality centre-backs from Ligue 1, and yet, somehow, it still feels like there’s more to do.

Indeed, the Hammers’ poor start to the season has seen many United fans calling for a flurry of signings on Deadline Day despite spending a huge amount already this summer.

We don’t think that West Ham will be amongst the most active teams in England on Thursday when it comes to new signings, but they could well have a piece of business or two to do.

With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting West Ham’s potential post-Deadline Day XI

West Ham's potential post-Deadline Day XI

We think that the Hammers may make just one signing on Thursday as Aaron Wan-Bissaka arrives.

The Manchester United full-back is reportedly being targeted by the Hammers and with the former Crystal Palace man firmly out of the picture at Old Trafford a move could be on the cards.

Wan-Bissaka could be fantastic in David Moyes’ system, and while Crystal Palace are competing for his signature, the Hammers have shown more ambition than the Eagles this summer and have European football to offer.

Other than that, there aren’t too many changes to this team.

We eventually expect both Lucas Paqueta and Gianluca Scamacca to cement themselves as starters, while Emerson Palmieri and Thilo Kehrer also start at the back.

Tomas Soucek and Declan Rice continue their partnership in the midfield, while Jarrod Bowen, Pablo Fornals, Said Benrahma and Michail Antonio are all potential options to rotate on the wings.
