The Premier League trio were reportedly keen on the Senegal international.

The agent and brother of Senegalese striker Moussa Sow claims the front-man had offers from Premier League teams Crystal Palace, Sunderland and West Ham this summer.
Ismail Sow has been speaking to the press in Turkey today about the summer dealings involving his brother Moussa. He left Al Ahli in the United Arab Emirates to head back to Fenerbahce on loan this summer – after previously spending three years with the club.
But he also had a proposal from Besiktas and the Premier League trio were also keen.
Speaking to Fanatik today Ismail Sow stated:
“We had contact with Beşiktas. However, for Moussa it was impossible to transfer to Besiktas or another Turkish team. If Fenerbahce were not in question, Moussa would not play for another (Turkish) team. He has a special bond with Fenerbahce.

“In addition, Crystal Palace, Sunderland, West Ham and Nice also wanted him. But my brother’s desire has always been to go to Fenerbahce.”
The interest of all three clubs certainly makes sense.
Palace have been looking to improve their striking positions all summer after struggling for goals last term. In the end they managed to snap up both Christian Benteke and Loic Remy.
West Ham and Sunderland were both in similar positions.
The Hammers felt their current striking options were too injury-prone whilst Sunderland were over reliant on Jermain Defoe.
West Ham eventually acquired Jonathan Calleri and Simone Zaza whilst Sunderland struggled to bring in new faces, with Victor Anichebe recently arriving on a free.
However, Sow had his heart set on a Fenerbahce return and he will now be hoping to prove himself a hit in Istanbul once again.
