The France international featured in a defensive midfield role and he was everywhere, helping Spurs cruise into a 3-0 lead by half-time.
The only thing which eluded Sissoko was a goal, with his poise deserting him when presented with chances.
Sissoko touched the ball 100 times, completing 91 per cent of his passes.
He also completed more dribbles than any player on the pitch, and helped spark Tottenham’s attacks.
