The North London outfit were the better team and deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.
Sissoko started the London derby and played for the entire 90 minutes, and the performance of the former Newcastle United midfielder was brilliant.
According to WhoScored, against Chelsea, the France international had a pass accuracy of 82.4%, won two headers, made four tackles and one interceptions, and played one key pass.
The former Toulouse star worked tirelessly in midfield, won the ball back time and time again, and created a brilliant chance for Harry Kane.
The win against Chelsea means that Tottenham are now third in the Premier League table with 30 points from 13 matches.
Sissoko has taken to Twitter to revel in the win, with some Tottenham fans responding positively to the 29-year-old’s message.
