Tottenham Hotspur beat Manchester City 1-0 on Tuesday night.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko has told The Mirror that Mauricio Pochettino’s video session before facing Manchester City really worked for the players.
Spurs took on City in the Champions League on Tuesday night, and managed to claim a 1-0 victory as Son Heung-min smashed home a second half winner.
Hugo Lloris had saved a first half penalty from Sergio Aguero, and Spurs still managed to win despite seeing star striker Harry Kane go off with an injury.
Kane may well be out for the rest of the season, but for now, all Spurs fans are celebrating Tuesday’s win. The big task now comes in the second leg at the Etihad Stadium.
Spurs’ last trip there was a 4-1 Premier League defeat, meaning their 1-0 first leg win doesn’t quite put Tottenham into the semi-finals of the Champions League just yet.
Now, midfielder Moussa Sissoko has revealed that Pochettino sat his players down and showed them a host of videos of how to attack City, featuring games against Liverpool and Brighton to show some weaknesses.

Sissoko praised the impact of those videos before the game, feeling that Pochettino’s preparation really worked for the players – and now, he’ll have to do it all again for the second leg.
“The gaffer showed us some videos of different teams against them,” said Sissoko. “We knew how they can struggle sometimes and that is what we have done. We played well and that is why they did not create so many chances.”
“They were videos of different teams. Liverpool, Brighton in the FA Cup semi-final on Sunday in their last game. They conceded some chances and that is what we were looking at. It worked for us,” he added.
