Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko and Tanguy Ndombele already appear to enjoy a good relationship.

Sissoko knew all about Tottenham’s interest in Ndombele before they pushed through with a transfer for the Lyon midfielder this summer.
And Sissoko claims that he was telling Ndombele all about Spurs at every opportunity he got.
“I spoke to him with the national team last season,” said Sissoko.
“I knew the club was interested. I told him it’s a good club and if he comes here he will be happy. We’re all happy to have him with us.”
Tottenham ended up breaking their transfer record on Ndombele, as he cost £65 million to buy this summer (Sky Sports).
Ndombele’s arrival at Tottenham has actually made Sissoko’s task of keeping his place in Pochettino’s team harder, so he performed a selfless task by convincing the 22-year-old to come to White Hart Lane.

Ndombele could well take Sissoko’s starting place at Tottenham next term, with Harry Winks also in competition for a slot in midfield.
Sissoko was one of Tottenham’s top performers last term, but there is now a real battle to win one of the two central midfield berths in their starting line-up.
Ndombele has wasted no time showing Spurs fans his quality, as he helped set-up a goal with his very first touch in a pre-season friendly against Juventus yesterday.
