West Ham United should consider a move for the Porto ace.
West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini has already spent heavily on bolstering his ranks at the London Stadium this summer, but it could be argued that he is still yet to address the weakest department in the Hammers’ squad.
The east London outfit are well stocked in every position, apart from the striking department, and the addition of a proven goalscorer will surely feature highly on Pellegrini’s agenda this summer.
With this in mind, West Ham should consider a move for Porto hitman Moussa Marega.
The 27-year-old was in sensational form for his club last season, chalking up an impressive 23 goals and eight assists in 40 appearances in all competitions, and if Pellegrini manages to bring him to the London Stadium, the Hammers would have a seriously scary attacking force heading into this season.
The Mali international can play anywhere along the front-line, and that kind of versatility would surely prove to be vital to the way in which West Ham play.
Marega would be able to interchange positions with Marko Arnautovic, and with the likes of Andriy Yarmolenko and Felipe Anderson in support, the Hammers would possess a lethal front-line.
This season has all the makings of being an excellent one for West Ham, and if they sign Marega to help supplement the talent already present in east London, it really could turn out to be a campaign to remember.
