Celtic forward Moussa Dembele has thanked Brendan Rodgers for his development.

Celtic forward Moussa Dembele has told The Glasgow Evening Times that Brendan Rodgers has made him a better player.
Dembele joined Scottish Premiership giants Celtic in the summer of 2016 after leaving English club Fulham at the end of the 2015-16 season.
The 20-year-old forward has scored 32 goals in 44 matches in all competitions for the Bhoys so far this campaign, according to the club’s official website.
The France Under-21 international has established himself as one of the best young forwards in entire Europe.
Dembele has stated that he is thankful to Celtic manager Rodgers for helping him develop and improve his game.
“In the last 12 months I have improved every aspect of my game,” Dembele told The Glasgow Evening Times. “I have worked hard at it but since working with the manager, I think my awareness has got much better.
“That is not the only thing. There are other areas that I have got better at – my whole game is better now than what it was this time last season.
“That is what the manager has helped me with. He has worked with me a lot on the training ground and I feel as though I am getting better all the time.”
Encouraging for Celtic fans
Dembele’s appreciation of Rodgers should be encouraging for the Celtic fans, as it shows that he is enjoying himself at the club and is loving working with the former Liverpool manager.
The Frenchman has been linked with moves away from Celtic Park in the summer transfer window, with The Daily Star crediting Manchester United, Arsenal and Bayern Munich with interest in the youngster.
The 20-year-old’s comments suggest that he could remain at Celtic and continue to improve his game under Rodgers.
