The Glasgow giants got the better of Scottish Premiership rivals Motherwell 2-0 at Hampden Park in Glasgow in the final of the Scottish League Cup on Sunday afternoon.
After a goalless first half, James Forrest put the Bhoys in the lead in the fourth minute of the second period.
Dembele doubled the advantage for Celtic on the hour mark when he found the target from the penalty spot.
Motherwell ended the match with 10 men due to the sending-off of Cedric Kipre in the 58th minute for a foul on Scott Sinclair which resulted in the penalty that Dembele successfully converted.
