Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Serge Aurier will come into Tottenham Hotspur’s team against Chelsea tomorrow, with Alfie Devine dropping out.
Speaking at his press conference today, which was broadcast on Hayters TV, the Tottenham boss shared the news that Aurier will be back in his squad tomorrow.
Aurier dropped out of Tottenham’s match day 18 completely against Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday evening, after an off the field incident during Spurs’s game with Liverpool.
The Telegraph reported that Aurier went home at half-time after being taken off.
But Aurier and Mourinho seem to have made up their differences now, which will cause youngster Devine to lose his place on the bench.
“Serge is fine. He’s the only player back to the group, he’s the only one,” Mourinho said.
“It’s Alfie Devine that leaves the group. In spite on working with us, him and Dane Scarlett will go back to academy to play.
“Devine will not be involved because Serge can occupy his space in the squad.”

Aurier could actually have a chance of starting against Chelsea tomorrow.
Matt Doherty hardly stood out at right-back against Brighton in a rare opportunity to start, and Aurier has generally been Tottenham’s first choice in the position when available this term.
If Spurs can win against Chelsea it would be a major boost to the North London side, who have been in worryingly poor form of late.
