Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho has said to Football London that Daniel Levy is a big fan of Kyle Walker-Peters.
Walker-Peters was sent out on loan by Tottenham to Southampton in January, and the right-back has gone on to impress on the south coast recently.
The Spurs youngster was part of a Saints defence which kept a clean-sheet in a victory over Manchester City.
And Mourinho has revealed that Levy holds Walker-Peters in very high regard.
“He’s a kid that everyone loves here and Daniel Levy has a special feeling for here,” Mourinho said.
“He came here so young, a kid who has been here for years and years. He’s playing well.”
The comments surely suggest that Walker-Peters could well be kept at Tottenham next campaign, when he returns a more experienced player.

Tottenham have not exactly solved all their right-back issues this season, as Serge Aurier has struggled so badly defensively.
Mourinho has always favoured Aurier over Walker-Peters to date, but whether that will be the case next term remains to be seen.
Tottenham are also linked with signing a full-back, but that may not be possible on their limited budget.
