Jose Mourinho has told Football London that he still hasn’t decided whether Tottenham Hotspur’s Giovani Lo Celso will start this evening.
Lo Celso has been nursing an injury and has only joined in with full training for Tottenham in the last few days.
The Argentine now faces a late fitness test ahead of Tottenham’s match against Manchester United later.
And Mourinho says that he is yet to decide whether or not to put Lo Celso into Tottenham’s starting line-up.
“When the training ground opened and he started to have treatment, it was not enough to have him 100 per cent,” he said. “So I’d say only in the past days he’s been training with the team.
“Available for tomorrow, yes I think so. Tomorrow morning we will test if he is going to play 90 minutes. Is he going to start the game, I don’t know but a difficult process for him.”
If Lo Celso had been fully fit then the playmaker would surely have featured for Tottenham tonight.

Lo Celso has arguably been Spurs’s best performer since Mourinho took charge, and he is proving a very astute signing.
Lo Celso has quietly enjoyed an excellent first season in English football and is quickly becoming a very important player for Spurs.
If Mourinho’s men can win against United this evening then they will move to within four points of the Champions League qualification places.
