Larissa Saad Moura has stated on her Instagram story that she has a ‘feeling’ that Lucas Moura will have a ‘class’ season at Tottenham.
During a Q/A on her Instagram account, Moura’s wife was told by a Tottenham supporter that they feel ‘Lucas is going to be class this season’.
And she responded by saying: “This is my feeling too. I pray every day for this.”
Judging by the various videos uploaded by the club, Moura is seemingly having a strong pre-season and he will be hoping to start Tottenham’s Premier League opener against Manchester City.
The 28-year-old will be hoping to channel that Ajax performance ahead of the new campaign and help his new manager get off to a strong start.
There is a lot of pressure on Nuno Espirito Santo and if things don’t go his way then the obvious claims will be thrown towards his direction.
Nuno wasn’t the first choice by those in the Spurs boardroom and that’s one of the obstacles he has to overcome.
But getting over those hurdles will be a lot easier if Harry Kane is running in the next lane, because if he’s not there then there will be no medals for Nuno in North London.
The perhaps positive for Spurs fans to take is that Manchester City seemingly have their eye on Jack Grealish, and if that’s the case, then they might not go all-in for Kane.
The England captain is due back in pre-season training on Monday after guiding his country to the finals of Euro 2020 over the summer.
