Some Arsenal fans say that they think Eddie Nketiah looks much stronger than this season than last.

Nketiah started for Arsenal against Leicester City last night and the youngster put in an impressive performance, as his side picked up a 2-0 win.

Nketiah put in a hard-working display up-front and was rewarded for his efforts late on, as he got his name on the scoresheet.

Nketiah now has scored for Arsenal in both his last two appearances.

And Gunners fans have noticed that he seems to have bulked up over the summer.

Nketiah must now be pushing for a start, ahead of Arsenal’s game against Liverpool at the weekend.

Alexandre Lacazette has been picked ahead of Nketiah in both of the Gunners’ league games so far this season, but his place is now surely under threat.

Arteta has shown faith in Nketiah ever since he arrived and it will be interesting to see if the young striker is given the nod on Monday.
