Everton star Morgan Schneiderlin and Tottenham Hotspur ace Hugo Lloris are France international teammates.

Everton defensive midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has taken to social networking site Twitter to send a message to Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

Tottenham goalkeeper Lloris, who is one of the best players in his position in the world, made his 100th appearance for France against Peru at the World Cup on Thursday.

The 31-year-old made his debut for France back in 2008 and became only the seventh French player to achieve the feat.

Schneiderlin, who plays with Lloris for the France national football team, has congratulated the 31-year-old on his achievement.

Lloris has made mistakes from time to time in recent years, but there is no doubt that the Frenchman is a quality goalkeeper.

The 31-year-old has been on the books of Spurs since the summer of 2012 when he joined from Lyon for a transfer fee reported by The Independent to be worth £7.9 million.

Schneiderlin joined Everton from Manchester United in January 2017 for an initial transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £20m.
