Muhamed Besic has been unable to make an appearance for Everton this season.

Morgan Schneiderlin has admitted to Everton’s official website that Muhamed Besic has been very frustrated because of his injury problems.
Besic damaged his knee in pre-season, and has been unable to feature at all for Everton this term.
The Bosnian is all set to be back for Ronald Koeman’s side next campaign though.

And Schneiderlin is excited to play alongside Besic in Everton’s team.
“Of course it has been a frustrating time for Mo and he has worked hard to come back,” Schneiderlin said. “He has trained well to get in his best possible shape for next season.
“It will be good to have him and more competition in midfield.”
Besic is likely to face a fight to win a place in Everton’s team next term, as Koeman has a lot of options in central midfield.

The likes of Schneiderlin and Idrissa Gueye have enjoyed excellent campaigns, while Tom Davies’ emergence has also been a major boost.
Besic featured on Everton’s substitute bench for their final two games of the season, but did not make it on to the field.
The Toffees finished the campaign in seventh place in the Premier League table, after losing to Arsenal on the final day.
